Half Day Blue Lagoon Tour from Split with a speedboat

With departures in the morning and afternoon, the Blue Lagoon Tour from Split is our most popular half day excursion from Split. It is the best spot for swimming and snorkeling on the mid-Adriatic islands, relatively close to Split.

Besides Blue Lagoon, we visit World Heritage – listed old town of Trogir for sightseeing and Laganini Beach Bar for relaxing and swimming, in high season. During low season, instead of Laganini Beach Bar, we visit Maslinica on Šolta island for those who want to sightsee the town, in case the sea temperature is too low for them to swim.

However, if you want to swim, you have the beach with caffe bar, located five minutes of walking distance from the center of Maslinica.

Why Blue Lagoon Tour from Split?

The trip takes around 5 hours, so when you don’t want or don’t have the time to go on a full day tour, half day Blue lagoon is your best option.

It takes about 20 to 30 minutes till our first destination. You will have enough time on the tour to fully enjoy each place we visit, no matter if you prefer swimming, snorkeling or sightseeing.

We take off in morning and afternoon, so you can choose which time suits you best. Water and snorkeling equipment are included in the price.

Trogir – UNESCO heritage site

On our Blue Lagoon Tour from Split we visit Trogir, a small and gorgeous town dating back to 380 BC. It is home to a number of fascinating historic sights and is a UNESCO World Heritage site. It is fronted by a wide seaside promenade lined with bars, cafes and yachts in the summer.

It is conveniently clustered together, making it an easy walk exploring its splendid Romanesque, Renaissance and Baroque fortresses, churches and palaces, thanks to diverse and rich history of the town. Its most famous sight is the Venetian Cathedral of St Lawrence.

The cathedral’s bell tower can be climbed to see fantastic views from the top. Trogir is also called Little Venice, for its Venetian influence and labyrinth of narrow cobbled streets, wide squares as well as bridges and channels which surround this historical city.

Blue Lagoon

Blue Lagoon is the highlight of the tour and also called half day three islands tour. Located between two small islands (Krknjaši) and Drvenik island, this picturesque location, with its shallow crystal-clear turquoise water and sandy sea bed, is a perfect spot for swimming, snorkeling, sunbathing and underwater photography or any other activity.

We will dock at the pier on Drvenik island, so you can also go on land, walk around the island, or sit in a restaurant, swim in a blue lagoon or take the masks from the boat and go snorkeling

If you want full day tour, you can join full day Three Islands Tour instead of opting for half day Blue Lagoon Tour from Split.

Laganini Beach Bar

Laganini Beach Bar, located on the beautiful stretch of a rocky and pebble beach on Čiovo island, is a great place to peacefully enjoy the sun and crystal-clear sea. You will not find loud music or big crowds here, so you can sit or lay on the chairs, beds and sofas, and just chill on the beach.

Excellent service, great selection of cocktails, delicious food, beautiful views and laid-back atmosphere paired with reasonable prices, set this place apart and make it superb.

Located just next to the sea, this beautiful beach club fits perfectly into the wonderful setting of the whole Blue Lagoon Tour from Split.

PREGNANT WOMEN & TODDLERS!!!

In order to have enough time in each place and visit the best islands in one day, the only way is to go with a speedboat.

Since the trip can be a bit bumpy, especially if it’s windy, we don’t take pregnant women and children 3 years old or younger on the speedboat.
